upgrading the bus

I am doing the head studs with ford gaskets orings on the heads with new hardened seats. Egr delete and bulletproof oil cooler 8 new injectors 4'' mbrp exhaust erics tunes h/p screen and connector. Replacing the icp sensor and harness. Anything I maybe forgetting while I am rounding up parts?? Thanks for your help.

looks good. how many miles? all 8??? what is your issue?

Take off the intake and clean it out. search it on google.


Update the fuel pressure regulator. Ford 3C3Z-9T517-AG International 1843065c98

Update the STC hpop fitting. international 1879930c91

It just turned 170 on sunday. I forgot about the spring thanks. It misses really bad cold and sometimes hot with contribution codes on 3 cylinders So I figured if ti is apart do them all. I fix cars 12 hours a day I only want to work on mine ONCE.

Before spend that much money on all 8 injectors. First Try Rev-x oil additive. search it on google. You may have an issue with build up on the oil side of the injector, rev-x will clean it out. Also check your FICM voltage, google search. These 2 can contribute to starting issues. Same with the STC fitting.

There is no STC fitting to update on an '04 6.0L if that is in fact the model year of the vehicle in question.

It is an 04 the early one with the ICP in the rear of the engine and a round egr cooler. I got the bulletproof oil cooler in yesterday. What a nicely made piece I hope it works as good as it looks. The gauges head studs are in also. I got magnaflow exhaust. Almost ready to tear into it. Just a few more pieces to get rounded up.

Maybe the upgraded turbo feed and drain tubes!

It is the remote cooler condenser mount. Just a few weeks till me start tearing in to it.

Heads are off going to machine shop on monday. Bulletproof kit is going in. Exhaust is on. It won't be long till we are back on the road.

I got a magnaflow turbo back 3.5 down pipe no cat and 4 back from the down pipe. bulletproof condenser mount oil cooler 8 reman ford injectors blue spring kit arp studs ford gaskets new belt and hoses heads are getting completely reconditioned new guides and hardened seats and o-ringed. Also installing an A pillar gauge kit with autometer gauges
