So i was working the other day, and at a small scrap yard we do work for i found 3 truck, 2 F500's and 1 F600. The one i'm interested in is the F600, its a old U-haul service truck. They were called Area Field Manager trucks, they used them to move several trailers at once and carried alot of extra tools and parts for field repairs. I used to work for u-haul, drove a truck just like this one to a sales lot after they stripped it down. I took some quick pics of the truck and the vin tag:

Also was sad, the blue f500 garbage truck in that album still ran, wasnt much wrong with it other then being ugly.

 

thats an awesome truck lots of tool box space too, and it already has the updated style wheels! I'd definitely buy it for a neat project. It would make a great project hauler if paired with a tag trailer, and you could put the tag trailer up on top of it when not using it! lol
I don't know much about them but it looks cool. May find more info in the large truck forum?
