Do you sell the sleeve remover and installer tool ? If so where do I find it on you website ?

changing fuel cups questions
I drained the radiator, took off the batteries and valve covers. Am I ready to take off the injectors now or do i have to drain the oil from the cylinder heads. If so how? Also not excactly sure how to take off the injectors. I guess the oil deflectors are at the top left of the injectors, take them off and how many bolts hold on the injectors

Drain the block as well of coolant. Remove the oil deflectors and then the injectors. Remove the hold down bolt pictured below and slide the collar up and remove the injector. Remove the rear most injectors, #8 and #7 first to allow the oil and fuel rails to drain into the cylinder. Remove it with a mighty vac or such. Then remove all the glow plugs as well.

I can't take credit those are just screen shots from the Ford Manual.
We do have the tool available for rent with cup purchase, and will be selling the tools as soon as we finish a few last changes.

Thanks Clay, the tool works well. I might finish tomorrow, do I hand turn the crank after everything is put back so I won't hydro lock? That's the main thing I'm worried about now haha.

After you get the injectors back in turn it over by hand with the glow plugs out and then bump it a couple times with the starter. Install glow plugs and button her up.

Awesome. Now I know why I had to take out the GP's lol. By the way it took me a minute to realize it was a 10mm to take them out I couldn't see them very well and kept guessing haha. Next time i'll know.
