Does the temperature gauge work and indicate that the engine is getting up to temperature?
Assuming it does, and assuming you have the manual HVAC controls (*****) rather than the electronic climate control (buttons) I'd suspect you have a vacuum issue. If you are able to select the vents that the air comes from and that seems to be working properly, then check the operation of the water control valve under the hood in the heater hose.
