I recently installed a scangauge 2 in my 2003 X. I went to scangauge website and programmed EOT. Problem is the data shows about 6 degrees warmer on scangauge than what my modis reads. ECT is identical. Has anyone tried different codes for EOT on a 2003? I found a couple different ones floating around the web but wanted some input here. I wonder if some trucks are a little closer in temp spread than what scangauage data shows? Current code im using is:
TXD 07E0221310
RXF 046245130610
RXD 3010
MTH 00090005F05F
First thing in the morning scangauge reads 3 degrees higher eot whereas modis scanner reads identical. Only reason why I compared is because scangauge was giving me over 15 degree spread under heavy load on highway, modis scanner never saw more than 8.
