Does anyone have a 460 EFI-equipped truck with the vacuum diagram on the underside of the hood? Mine is on the valve cover (it's a 1990 model) and another '93 I have access to is also on the valve cover. Why is the diagram for the 460 on the valve cover whereas for all 300/302/351 motors I have seen, it is up on the underside of the hood? It's well nigh impossible to read down there on the valve cover. What was Ford thinking?

If anyone has one on the underside of their hood, I would really appreciate a high-res picture of it so I can make one for my truck to cover up the 300 vac diagram I have under my hood right now.

 

There should be a calibration number on your door post. You can take this number and go to the Ford site and get a diagram,
OR you can post your calibration number here and I will post your vacuum diagram in this thread.

 

The donor truck's sticker on the doorpost is not there. This is for the 460 I put in my '91 F150, came out of '90 F250.

 

There should be three letters at the bottom left of the sticker on the rocker cover.
The one below is DHE and is also for a 1990 460 50 states.
If you tell me the letters maybe I can post yours.

I was really afraid you were gonna tell me something about my motor that I did not want to know when I saw the code was not DHE. Man, the amount of information that flows from your fount is just amazing. Thanks!
