Snow....

Here in Sask we`ve had more or less the normal amount of snow fall so far this winter.
How`s everyone else around this country doing for snow?

It varies..it's usually around 3-4' compacted/settled..Last couple years is around 2-2.5'...but it's been 10 degrees colder lately also..i'll take the cold over that white crap any day...i hate shovelling and plowing it. i work for the Dep't of Highways here and don't care if i ever see another snowflake..lol, but i know that ain't gonna happen.

We`ve had a cold last half of Feb, in the -29`s with cold day time temperatures too and so far into this month too. Now the forecast is for some more snow with a little milder temps in the mid teens overnite.

I still don't have any amount of snow coming..it sucks in a way. Good for the road to dry out faster, but could be bad for forest fires later on.

We often get smoke here from the forest fires in Northern Saskatchewan, I feel bad about forest fires in general.
Our streets are nice and dry this winter since alot of salt gets used here, that`s good for having safe roads but bad for vehicle bodies. I park my oldies for the winter just to keep the salt off of them.

I think we have had more than the last few years this winter. It was warm today so we lost a bunch, and that makes me very happy.

More snow here than usual (past 10 years usual, anyways). Temperature has been pretty normal, not as many -20 days as normal, though.

I've been doing the snow dance for quite some time now... soon as the end of October comes, I'm wanting to put the bike away and go sledding... Bring it!!!
