i remember that with my bronco i had years back, i asked if they drained the TC and they said that is "the only way to get it clean." so i am happy with that response and they warranty all of their service. I think itll be fine. Some of the TC's dont have a drain though, the flush will get it all out if done properly.

will they actually flush it or drain it? Ive heard flush's can be bad if unknown miles since service or lot miles and never changed? Ive heard it could knock junk loose and aglow it to migrate to somewhere else which could be worse?

the only way to tell if a flush will cause any issues is to pull the pan anyway. They pull the pan for the good flush and if the fluid is junked and burnt along with metal shavings all over the place, well there are bigger problems but yeah shouldnt be flushed. Mine is still clear and red. So if it is clear and red, smells ok, no metal stuff.....it is the best thing for it - to flush it. I bought the truck and the trans had 2200 miles on it, i have put on about 13,000. So i am still 10k under the industry standard.
