Ficm is pulled and going out tomorrow for repair. The techs ran every test they could think of and they all passed. One question my mechanic has is that they did a road test of the truck looking at ficm voltages with their scan tool thru the OBDII port. Under normal conditions voltage was reading 45-46. Under heavy load and acceleration the lowest they saw was 32 volts. Their question is the minimum voltage of 45 is that thru all conditions? Or is there another spec? they were not sure of the specs. The voltage going in was normal alternator voltage. So if any techs could chime in it would be greatly appreciated.
