^^ as he said would be the solution if the wires have NOT been cut.
If they have, you need to get a volt meter and see which wires go where. one wire should always be hot (aux) and one only is hot when the key is on (power) and a ground. If those are all wired up right, your radio will turn on. then you need to figure out which other wires go to the speakers. Usually, they are color coated. such as black and black/white. violet and violet/green and so on.
