Other Ford cars in the 99-04 range have the same radio as well. You'll need to compare them to see if it's the same though.
Problem though. To install a aftermarket radio that is Double Din, you have to trim the plastic dash opening just a tiny bit. It's about 1/4" top and bottom removed.
so once you pull that radio out, it may have a bigger gap than you'll like.
btw, you DO NOT WANT the radio from a 05+ car. They radio in 05+ vehicles almost all went to a CANBUS setup that won't work

Why the hell does a stereo need CANBUS on it? Why does it need to talk to the ECM or AirBags or the ABS. It's a STEREO.
That kinda stuff drives me nuts.
Like the stereo in my work truck, 2008 Chevy Colorado... It's an AM/FM jobber. No Tape. No CD. No Aux in.
Remove it and lose gauge warning chimes, the clicking noise for the turn signals, the door open warning chime... All those noises come out the speaker.
Remove the stereo and put in one from another GM and you've gotta go to the GM dealership and pay $100 to get it reflashed because of an anti-theft system. Honestly, who steals a factory stereo?!

You'd be surprised. My G35, Scion xB, and STi all had the stock radios stolen out of them. Yeesh.
If you go for a stock in dash changer, be careful on having it shipped. They are clearly marked "Discard if Dropped". If dropped they will lunch the changer unit.
