Ok Dale I am going to try to clarify this rail talk. You add your name to the work board letting them know you are ready to exist in the railyard. As jobs become available they take the top person(who is qualified) on the list and call them. They continue down the list until someone takes the job. Next job comes up and they repeat.... Am I close.......
