That's funny.

In high school there was a guy with an old truck, 60 Ford, I believe. He had the badest engine around, but it was in a truck. You know aerodynamics of a brick and all.

I had a '68 fastback mustang. I used to suck the paint off of his truck on a regular basis, with my stock, at the time, 289.

I just don't understand why someone would spend thousands on a 4wd station wagon that started out worth less than the mods, and ended up as a bad joke.

Since this is from a guy who modded a freaking Hyundai and is proud of it, not much more needs to be said.

He still hasn't figured out that the guys in the corvettes he was racing were laughing so hard at his ride that they pee'd their pants before the race even started.

It was more than voicing an opposing opinion.

I just re-read the 4 pages of this thread and unless something was said and deleted, I don't see him having said anything that hasn't been said on here before by others; myself included. I also see where he was the subject of profanity name calling and 'don't respond to the troll' remarks. Don't get me wrong, by no means is he an innocent participant, but there was definitely two sides to the bantering that took place here, as well as, an effort by several to gang together against him. With that effort seemingly having been spearheaded by you as a cheerleader none-the-less. IMO, banning him temporarily or otherwise was both an overreaction and one-sided.

please stay with the topic and dont be like another person where you could be in the same boat. This FTE is for people to get help and to help others. Just to pass on some info to you that is not even needed, it wasnt even in this thread that he violated FTE rules to the degree that got him what he recieved.

He was over the line. It's pretty simple compliment/insult the topic not the person. Keep to that simple rule and eveyone can stay and play.
