Recently paid off 2004 f150 and need ideas on how to get more power and torque. I have recently done tuneup which was a pain in the rear and was expensive. Ordered a PHP Gryphon. Other suggestions would be appreciated.

You've already purchased one of the best "bang for your buck" options out there. You'll be happy with the PHP tunes.
If you wanted to really get into it: intake, new MAF, headers, full exhaust, and custom tunes to account for your changes.
Your other option would be a supercharger.
