OK, not taken by me but it was taken by the friends we went to the beach with.
First is me, illustrating what happens when you don't put the truck into 4 wheel drive prior to hitting the sand.
Me about to be pulled out of the sand by a Dodge. My buddy's new truck. He was a die hard Ford guy, but after driving the 2011 3500, he said the Cummins diesel was a no brainer for him.
Me avoiding the camera (she didn't post the one of me flipping her off.LOL) and decidiing how I want my dish of crow served up)
Actually, once he pulled me out and I engaged the 4x4, my truck performed flawlessly all day.
Stu, please tell me you were pulling the Dodge out.
Great pictures guys!
Fair is fair, John. But to be honest, it was 100% driver error on my part. I'd been to that beach before, just completely goofed up. It was an awesome day to be at the beach, tho. Not too hot, the water was cold, but bearable once you got in. Terrific day, except for the unexpected workout I got shoveling sand for 20 minutes. My own, dumb fault.
