I have lived in Oregon all my life except when in the military...........I have NEVER seen a nice day on the coast!.........the best you can hope for is fog!
Since this is a random picture thread I will post a pic that looks like a nice day on the coast. Too bad it was only 65 and windy!
We still had fun and did play in the water. That is what heaters are for.
i love the stunt kites!! they are a blast! i have two but we never have enough wind up here to use them
I will need to look in the boxes of photos in the garage some day. I had pictures of me and a friend (yes, on a nice day on Oregon coast) having Kite "dog" fights. It was a blast! It was just as much fun trying to remember how many times we "wound" around each others strings and untangle them in the air. We did manage to do it.

2 String Kites, "The only way to fly"!
very true! the first night we were in oregon last i was flying my kite and told my sisters not to come anywhere near where i was flying..well they forgot and the wind shifted right as i was making a turn with the kite. and it went paralell to the ground maybe 4 feet off the ground and clocked my sister right in the forehead! it took her off her feet and gave here a very nice bruise..lol..needless to say they dont come around the kite anymore! lol
