I haven't weighed it yet, but the "shipped" weight is supposed to be 5590#. To the best of my research, as equipped it's about 6200#. The GVWR of the trailer is 7600#, so theoretically, you should be fine.

They advertise it as being 1/2 ton and "sport utility" towable, though there's no way I'd attempt it with an SUV.

292BHDS specs.

Here is out on the lake where my grandma has a little cottage. This was a thunderstorm that was off to the south about 50 or so miles.
