Spelling isn't really the problem, as such, it was only standardized in the 19th century. Plenty of really intelligent people prior to that in those days spelled words pretty much however they felt like, sometimes different in the same paragraph. "Muskeetos Vurry Trublesum" something like that, was the way Capt. Clark (who was really only an LT) wrote in the Journals of the Lewis & Clark Expedition 1803-1806. Everybody knows what he meant though, right?
They knew how to write, if a little weak on spelling. On Aug 18th 1805 Lewis turned 31, and at a critical time in the adventure took time to reflect on how far he had travelled &c. Paragraphs are our friends, and punctuation, and being clear, and getting their point across. PLENTY of people spell and write just about perfectly, yet practically every word out of their mouth is a goddamned lie. That's part of the scam, when you get right down to it.
I don't make fun of people who can't spell.
"This day I completed my thirty first year, and conceived that I had in all human probability now existed about half the period which I am to remain in this Sublunary world. I reflected that I had as yet done but little, very little indeed, to further the hapiness of the human race, or to advance the information of the succeeding generation. I viewed with regret the many hours I have spent in indolence, and now soarly feel the want of that information which those hours would have given me had they been judiciously expended. but since they are past and cannot be recalled, I dash from me the gloomy thought and resolved in future, to redouble my exertions and at least indeavour to promote those two primary objects of human existance, by giving them the aid of that portion of talents which nature and fortune have bestoed on me; or in future, to live for mankind, as I have heretofore lived for myself.--"

I’d wager those helped by FTE brethren through an automotive issue would agree and emulate Lewis’ endeavors.

Well put another way, I don't really care if people can't spell worth a damn, so long as the point gets across. It's the full page run-on "wall of text" sentences, and general manglement that make stuff impossible to read.

I found someone that hates the wall as I do. I have found that if I really need to read what they posted
I do one of two things. Copy and past into Word and let it auto format it. The other thing I can do it let
the computer read it to me. Mac OS is not too bad most times. BUT sometimes look out.
