This was posted on the HAMB, thought some of you that don't frequent the HAMB might enjoy it:

This would make me buy a new Ford truck:

Do you think she could have been the inspiration for the '51-52 Dagmar grills?

Steering it back to a Ford truck topic.

The manure spreader grille? Now that hurts.

More like the monkey face.

Cool pics!! Its great Ford is sharing their archive pics with the ones that really care!

It is a great way to see how factory originals looked for us stock guys! BUT do be careful! Some of the '53 truck pics are of prototypes. The 53 F-100's front bumper is different and the hubcaps were the shiny stainless like 48-52 not the painted argent. ALso look at the tail gate of the '53, it is a FORD script tail gate like the 48-52...

Great stuff! There is one that shows Henry "tinkering with the 1932 V8"; it is actually Henry stamping the serial number on the first V8 off the assembly line personally. I'm fascinated by the one that shows machining the engine blocks for the Model T engine, dated 1914. Looks like it drills all the holes in the block at once.
