I wouldn't doubt it... I mean, I know who Schroeder is as well as the rest of the Charlie Brown gang, but not sure how Schroeder is related to "riffraff". I know he was always dirty, but when I hear "riffraff", I think of huge, course gravel or rocks... my Dad's a general contractor so that's where that comes from.
