I had my truck reflashed today under TSB 10-23-9 due to harsh 2-3 shifting when cold. The truck now shifts much smoother and has already gained .25mpg. The downside is that the displayed shift status bar is no longer displayed while driving similar to the way it was before the 400/800 upgrade. I really don't care about the status bar and can live without it. Just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience loosing the shift status bar after the 10-23-9 reflash?.

Is it simply to used the manual shifting capability?
On your gear shift press the + button.. That will turn it on. Just leave that way and you will see it comes on every time you start the truck.
Right on: Thanks for the info. When I picked up mine after the 400/800 flash it was already working. The service tech must have turned it on. I never touch the manual shift buttons.
