Battery system question

Wednesday I pulled both batteries and brought them down to Autozone for testing. They were both at 70%, so I had them trickle charge them (my charger drowned last summer). I put them back in my truck and it still wouldn't start. So I pulled the starter and brought it to Autozone. It tested good on the tester, but the small bolt attached to the starter solenoid was real loose. They replaced the starter free of charge because I bought the bad one there in 2007. Got it home and swapped it in and she fired right up!!

If you ever notice, lots of times the starter problem is actually the starter mounted solenoid.
The electrical contacts get burnt, then you have to keep clicking the solenoid till it finally makes contact.
But when it starts that crap, you never know when the last time it works will be.
