Hood Springs
How does one go about getting the springs back on the hood that hold the hood up? Both the springs came off (not at the same time) and I am unsure of how to put them back on. The only thing that I can think of is to use a crow bar, but I would have to stretch the spring pretty far to do that.
Is there a better way to get the springs back on?

I love how screw drivers get used for just about everything. I think I even read a manual once that said to use a screw driver for something other than driving a screw.
I've heard that all tool's secondary job is a hammer, except screwdrivers. Those are chisels. Anyhow, thanks. If anyone else has a different way, please let me know.

Here ya go:
"Basics of Basics" Hood hinge spring removal and installation.
I've used a stout wire coat hanger wrapped around it instead of the chain & hook as in the article, but you get the same result....
