Electrolytic Rust Removal From A Motorcycle Gas Tank
Rust is basically just Iron hydrogen and Oxygen... how does one turn those three elements into Carbon, a different element? That is some serious alchemy. This process of removing rust does work, just not as explained.

Regardless, I just can't see how it would work on a truck. Despite what they say this is cathodic protection... they say it is different, but they don't say how it is different... because it probably isn't different.

I installed myself, it's been like a long time ago but I want to say it was under #300.00.
Easy to install, a little controller I put behind the battery and two stick on >>for lack of a better description I'll call them pads, like what you might have when they check your heart. One in the front of the truck and one in the back, one wire going to each pad if I remember correctly.

What? How is it different?

It goes on to reassure you that it IS different, that it WILL work without being submerged in electrolyte, that it IS a novel technology... Then claims that it is different because they got a patent for their device, which is an empty claim...Then they say others have tried to do what they do, but have failed...then they say they have a consulting department... but NOWHERE do they say how it works.

Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, but their website is not convincing to me.

You all just keep up with that undercoating and oil, I'll keep my counteract plugged to the battery and we'll both have rust free trucks. Mines only ten years old, I figure it's going to have to last another ten anyways with the price of the 2011's.
