285's Fit ????
I know this has been beatin to death as I just read 50 posts on this subject through the search method,,,BUT........
Will 285/75/r16's fit a stock 2004 f250 psd ???? and if a 1.5 - 2" leveling kit was applied to the front would 285's be ok.
If anyone is running this setup I would be happy to hear from ya, and pictures would be great.

I have 305's on my stock height, no rubbing at all, so 285's should be no problem.

285s on my 03, and even when on prairie trails they don't rub! Plus they actually fill up the wheel well better than those factory 265s, if you want a better definition of too small of tires, go look at chevy HDs that come from the factory with 245s.

My 285s rubbed on my 01 250. Going to put 305s that are supposed to be the same height as my 285ats. Might need a leveling kit and 350 rear blocks.

Worked on my truck
I have a 1999.5 4x4 with the 2" leveling and 1" extra blocks on the rear axle and I have had both 305/70 and 285/75s on the stock 16" rims. They are Pro-comp from 4 Wheel Parts. No rubbing or anything.
