We are going to need to know if you are getting high pressure oil... There are 2 lines from the pump that go to the heads ,, try cracking 1 of the lines while cranking , Careful , oil should spray everywhere ... No spray , the IPR is most likely stuck ...
I will have to try that tomorrow I have no one to crank while i crack or vise versa.
Loosen the line on the passenger side. Turn the key on, and jump the starter solenoid on the passenger side fender with a screwdriver or something else metal to make it crank.
ok well i cracked it off enough for oil to start coming out the tried to start it and it flowed a little more but did not spray at all but my battries were fairly dead so it did not crank hard
hooked my other truck to it opended it up till it was about dripping the cranked it and it poured oil but did not spray at all just trickled out. so does that mean my ipr is stuck? Ive searched autozone and napa and cant find one to replace it.
