My truck is all stock even has the orignal injectors ..... But I'm going to C/O all GP's and injectors and new IP.... They are for sale online at U-haul on Ebay for 240 no core on the IP so its worth it. As far as the Intake it will be a fun lil weekender project lol

The only other thing I did was change all the O-rings in the Fuel Filter housing as it was leaking out of the Fuel heater wire lead

intake mod

well here is my intake mod setup its not the greatest but its all i could come up with as i have a compressor in the way... it consits of 5 to 4in Hub then a 4 inch street 90 and a 3in piece of 4in ABS Pipe, 4in Flex air intake duct to make all the crazy bends that i couldnt do with 4in ABS , and a 4in inlet air filter thats washable , i mounted the filter to my raditor shroud..... like i said its not the greatest but hey trial and error its what counts.....

That looks great. I think you made out like a bandit for the power increase you are gaining.

A suggestion for mounting it to the radiator support, try finding a way to have some sort of clamp system that goes around the edge of the filter if you got space and mount it next to the raditator or something ???

Makes sense i was just thinking out loud XD. I hear you on the IDI running people nowadays, not a lot of them left. My friend has a 91 7.3, I have an 84 6.9 and my other buddy has a 7.3, Im the only 6.9 guy left lol. They love their 7.3's (eyes roll)
