I can get about 15lbs or so at 1800 with the go pedal smashed, 23-24 peak with the engine running away down the hwy at about 2300 or 2400 rpm. Turbo screams loud during that time.
You should be able to do the same.
Just thought I'd throw in my two cents, not worth much I know, but hey, gives ya an idea of what it should be doing, right?

sorry i meant to say i can get 16-18psi and a tuner is out of the picture right now just dented in passenger side door and needs to be fixed so it already has not been a good week and today broke my key off in my tool box lock.
