The X codes on my diesel raised this X as much as the V codes raised my V10. About 2 inches or maybe a little more for both. The ride is by no means harsh. It is much better controlled.

I have stock springs in the rear. Will the x codes raise the front end higher then the rear?
If so then by how much?
You indicated you put blocks in the rear. Was this done to level out the rear to the front?
If I recall, the front was a good 1" or so higher than the rear in both cases. The F350 blocks did the trick both times. After the new front springs settled, the rear is about 1/2- 1" higher in the rear. I put new X codes (bought from dealer) on the front and tapered F350 blocks on the rear. If you do it this way, make sure to get new longer ubolts for the blocks (available from dealer). In my case, Those are the only components I added. I reused the front ubolts which in some minds is a nono but mine were in good shape so I reused them. The factory shock length has worked fine for me as well but it is right on the edge in the front from being too short. Some have just bought F350 shocks. The rears are fine. Mine was so bad it broke the front bump stops before the spring change.
How long did it take the front springs to settle down?
If I go with the X codes ,the front will be about 1" higher then the rear?(The rear being stock, no blocks).
Do you have the stock springs in the rear?
(Just 350 tapered blocks)
I thought about the stablizer shock/spring that attach horzintal on the rear springs (center of spring towards rear shackle).I raises rear height about 1".Stablizes that wondering feal.
If I go with X-codes (up about 1" higher then rear and add stablizer shock/ springs to rear, then its possiable truck will be level after front end settles down)?
Any input on x-code, stablizer springs.
I'm looking for a good ride, similar to stock(non saging springs) not stiff, but solid truck with control.
