Bolts are metric, 8mm x 1.25 (6).
13mm needed to remove the bin.
T-40 Torx needed to install the Folding Floor.
I was able to remove the Folding Floor from the donor truck myself, so I was able to retain the factory bolts. I was also able to get one seat mount bolt for the bottom mounting tab on the Folding Floor. I think this tab that mounts to the floor(just like the seat) could be removed, I'm sure it is stronger with it attached but it might be overkill. I put the bolt in anyway!
I have photos, now I just have to figure out how to post!
Thanks for the photo info. I'm not on facebook, I'll look into upgrading my membership.
To see pics of this Folding Floor now, Check out www.Du-Ha.com , look for storage for 2010 250/350. There are installation photos that show the removal of the folding floor and installation of their storage bin(nice product if you want a bin).

Do you lose the lock? I like the idea of swapping out what I have for something that can carry my guns for hunting season. Also, what happens to the power outlet? Now you got me thinking about going out to my truck to see how this would work....
The lock is part of the Storage bin. No modification of the seat is needed. You could switch from bin to floor to bin, easily. Bin out -floor in, about 10min.
Flip your seat and check it out!

I am a flipping! I really don't have a need for the flat floor since my dogs will NEVER see the inside of my truck. That is what the wife's is for
So this company sells a replacement for the current bin, am I correct? The pictures show a pre-2011 truck. Love the idea of the guns storage. The current bin is not configured for it.
I think they do offer a bin for the 2011. Check the part numbers, I think the difference is color. I don't think theirs locks. If you have a 05-10 it's a good way to get a bin if you want one. Even with the folding floor installed there might still be room for a rifle in a soft case. I'll take a look.
Another option would be to get a padded case/bin from a Cabelas Edition SD. I saw one on ebay. So many choices.
I really like the concept of this underseat bin replacement. I don't however want to lose the security of the factory lock nor the power outlet that is there. Here are a couple of pictures showing those items:
I sent them an email asking these questions. Thanks for making us aware of this option.

Thanks for the suggestion. I usually carry two rifles with me during hunting season. One for the big game/bird and another one for the varmints & small game. Especially love Spring turkey season. Turkey hunt till noon and ground hogs the rest of the afternoon!
Just picked up a "flat load floor" out of a 2004. Fit with no issues.
Spoke with a fellow at a salvage yard that told me the folding floor from 1999 on will fit in the 2011's. Not confirmed, but sure would increase the availability if true.
I pulled the contoured bed mat out of my '04 and dropped it in the '11. The only obvious difference I could see in the beds was the slight bulge where the fuel fill tunnel size was increased to accommodate the DEF fill tube. Didn't have to trim the mat.
I say, "If it's workin', don't mess with it".
Ford did have a pretty good idea with the lockable storage tray. Works well for some. I needed the folding tray, though.
For putting you pet(s) in the back seat they make
"hammock-like" things that attach around the headrests
from and rear. We use them in our Explorer's back seat for
our Black Lab. Keeps most hair confined, and doesn't require
messing with the seats. Plus it's easy to pull-out when
people need to use the back seat.
