Gidday from Down Under,
I just bought a 1966 F100 in Lewisville Texas and I am in the process of getting it ready to ship to Australia. The wheels on the truck are all wrong and I am trying to organize a set of wheels to be fitted to it before it is shipped back. Can anyone advise what the PCD is for the 1966 F100? I thought it was 5 x 5.5 and I just tried to order some on ebay and the guy is trying to tell me that the correct fitment is 5 x 4.5??? I would appreciate some advice on this.
Cheers, Chris.
The 5 1/2" width is measured from the inside of the lip, not the outside.
Excepting the 1980/83 F100's with the 4.50" bolt circle, any 1961/83 F100, 1975/96 F150, 1975/96 E100/150, 1966/96 Bronco wheel will bolt right on.
1977 was the first year Ford offered factory Styled Steel and Aluminum wheels for F100/150's. The same wheels were used on 1978/96 Bronco's and 1977/96 Econolines.
1997, the wheels are different, have a metric bolt pattern.
