The Pitch Circle Diameter (PCD) of your wheels is 7.25". By "modern wheel" you no doubt mean one piece tubeless wheels. Finding tubeless replacements for the 6 lug x 7.25" bolt pattern wheels is difficult in the US, much less in the UK. This bolt pattern in a "stud piloted" dually wheel was not uncommon back in the late 1950s or 1960s, but finding them used today is difficult. They were made in 17.5" and 19.5" sizes rather than in your 16" size. I know where a set of 17.5s sits on a truck in a yard near Salt Lake City, UT, but shipping would be horrible.
Your best option is to have a local wheel company pull the centers from your wheels and remount them into new tubeless outer rims. Then you'd be able to have them chromed locally as well. Hope that helps. Stu
