People that i slow down for to let on the highway and then they proceed to maintain 40mph causing unnecessary wear on my brakes
People that tailgate me when i'm still doing 5mph + over the speed limit

Supervisors or Mangers who take the title, but refuse to actually be a supervisor when it's warranted. Being in a supervisory position and side-stepping one's actions or hiding behind some BS excuse simply because they just want to take the ''Easy way out''...Grrrrr. I see it all the time in my job where someone's in a supervisory position and such a lame-a**, they are just as bad as any other lame employee...dude, man-up or move on.
As far as other drivers on the road go...I'll spare you all a ton of reading, just too many complaints here to list, but let's just say I hate it when I have to drive for others because they can't drive or want to be a smart-a** on the road.

We have a guy at work who is paid by the hour. He is the only hourly paid employee.
He is the lot man responsible washing the cars for delivery back to the owners and is to keep the shop swept and the trash collected.
15 minutes after he clocks in he's gone for a smoke break. If one of the other guys go for a smoke he's right there with them.
He's always standing around shooting the bull with the people on commission when there is unfinished work he is supposed to do.
When he wants to talk, I won't put up with it and point out the things he needs to get done.
Needless to say that earns me his ire.

I also hate when people ride my a** even if I'm SPEEDING. That warrants me seeing a cute little squirrel that I would just HATE to run over
Or, I just slow down to 20-30 under or so...and give them a REASON to ride my ***. FWIW, around here, most roads I travel are two lane county roads, I dont recommend this in the fast lane on IH-35

When people get into heated arguements on a cellphone, and then look at you weird for staring at their blatant disregard for personal space....
People who ask for a ride, then proceed to light up a smoke AFTER you just had the conversation about you NOT smoking/eating in the vehicle....
When people blow their horn at you for stopping at a redlight- Yes, it happened to me, because I stopped while the light was yellow (For a millisecond, just enough to chance it and get t-boned....) and waited for it to turn green again.....The way I see it, if you want to hurl your new Lexus through a redlight while on the phone-Be my guest, as long as I am clear....
The ****** at Advance that barely are 18 and and JUST BARELY know how to turn a car on, yet they insist you are wrong on a part-AFTER you have bought the same item before.....
When people get in your vehicle without a reason, and screw everything all to hell-The seat position, steering wheel position, mirrors, radio, etc....

Able body people that can do for themselves, but will wait six years for volunteer mission people to come from out of state and gut their home from Katrina.
A huge portion of projects and slums have and are still being gutted or rebuilt by clueless people trying to do right to help those that do not need the help. They take advantage of any system they can that will allow them to sit on their *** and watch everyone do it for them. I hate seeing these good people taken advantage of.
For six years they could not get any family members(and believe me they have plenty) to assist in throwing out trash and ripping out drywall? This is not a skilled task, it is demolition, take it apart in sizes you can handle.
Sorry, I just got set off by a useless customer a little while ago.
