warranty

bought on '09 450 from one dealer(1) with 17k on truck. Engine light came on at 22k, took to different dealer(2). Dealer 2 says factory warranty void do to after market exhaust. The muffler and tail pipe were replaced.Does this void the warranty? Ford says no! Dealer says yes! HELP!

Muffler? What about the DOC? DPF?

DPF inplace,muffler tail pipe replaced
