My buddy and I used to drive around when there was a bad storm in CO just to help pull people out. That was when the people actually appreciated it, and had the time to care. The people here (for the most part), are just in too big of a dang hurry. I am all for helping others, but not if I don't believe they are ever going to pass it along.
Should be a pretty fun storm! My thoughts go to Justin. Good luck buddy!
Appreciate that, I went in early and was able to get done around 1am. My last load was in Guilford and 95 was getting bad quickly. It took me 2hrs to get home, had to pull over multiple times to de-ice the wipers and windshield. I also had to de-ice the alternator!, about halfway home the truck died because there was so much ice on it. Saw a mustang pull over at the same time about 200 ft in front of me and when I got going again the guy pulled back out like he was waiting for me. I thought it might have been Aaron, I was in Wallingford, but it was 2am at that point.
Last prediction I heard was 10-24" and by the way it's coming down I believe it!
Good morning everyone. 10-12" here so far and no sign of stopping. I'm stuck working from home today so I won't go out to do cleanup #1 until at least the sun is up.
