I used the Sinister kit that blocks the EGR off the manifold and plugs the supply and return coolant lines. No wastegate kit, I don't run a lot of boost my H&S Black Max is set in the lowest tune and defuels at 1100 F egt
So my SuperChips 1856 on lowest setting (for mpg) would be fine with the EGR block off plug kit ??
Meaning I shouldn't have too much turbo overboost driving normal ??
I am unsure how your tuner works, I went with the H&S because it wouldn't throw a code with the egr deleted. On the lowest hp setting no way you'll over boost Mine barely gets into the 30s
I thought the 210 and below it functions as normal, however anything above and it is completely disabled. I am however, just going by what I was told. Either way, I think I have left the 250 tune in too long without cycling the EGR and I am throwing a code when running anything that does cycle the EGR.

Did you remove the EGR valve itself ??
My stock boost gauge will show "4" in hard pull ...
My tuner will delete the EGR system but I'd think it keeps the EGR valve from functioning ... so it would prolly throw a MIL IF I removed the valve itself ...
