Help needed with another dealer / tuner problem

As I posted earlier this week my truck has been plagued with an intermittent no start problem for approx 4 mos, 2 of which I've had a SCT programmer for. The reason I mention the SCT follows. The truck was diagnosed with a leaking STC fitting on the HPOP line which was replaced. Now before I sent the truck in I returned my tune back to stock and when I got it back I reloaded my econo 80 tune back in. Sure enough the next morning, after driving it the night before, it would not start. I returned the tune to stock and sent it back to Ford. They stated it had a new problem and asked if I had a tuner. I stated yes and they said that was the problem, even though I returned it back to stock before I resent it to them. They said the codes the truck now had, even though there was no check engine light, were all codes they saw when a bad tune/tuner was used. The codes are :

U-1950 / 1027 / 1028 / 1058 / 1059 / 1073 / 1262 / P-0603 / P-1876 / C-1704 / U-2016

Any ideas or suggestions? Could the tuner or tune have gone bad? I'm just trying to find out what to do next.

2005 Excursion 6.0L diesel with VXBC9NH strategy and DP-Tuner tune.
