I'm in the same boat since I put my new engine in.
New crankshaft pulley and everything.
Every morning the belt squeaks for about a minute then goes quiet.
Alternator, power steering pump with a new pulley, tensioner assembly, water pump.
The only rotating assembly that I haven't touched is the A.C. pump.
I'm beginning to suspect that the crank pulley is offset outward 1/4 inch or something.
well I did forget to mention that that tis how all this started for me! it would only squeek until warm but now it has gotten to the point of squeeking all the time so I dont know? if I find an eact cure I"ll post I have even replaced my power steering pump!!!WTF
well I feel like an idiot BUT>>>>>> check this out boys and you too kwikordead I found the problem and fixed her i think? I will let you all know in a couple of weeks or so but when I was posting last I remembered about changing that power steering pump and grabed my pulley intallation removal tools and noticed my belt was riding further back on the water pump pulley so I placed my removal tool on the pulley and pulled out a ways then tried, got a little better so I pulled out some more and tried her and !!!!!!!! NO SQUEEL!!!! I have adjusted this before but must not have been holding my tongue right so this is where you guys should be looking at miss aligned pulleys. furthermore I had a bearing retainer fall out of my altenator so this is the key boys (and girls) check all your pulleys for straightness and parallelism!!!! as I said at the begining I will reply to this after some time to info of a possitive fix!!! Thanks

Its funny that you mention this. I actually have a new power steering pump pulley that I have been meaning to install. I am currently using an OBS pulley which has a slightly different offset than the Super Duty pulley. However, the squealing started well after the pulley swap.
My belt was squealing both before and after the power steering pump replacement on mine.
I've tried to find a pulley that is off-set a little, looking down at it and also getting underneath and looking up.
Everything is on a flat plane.
Belt isn't getting chewed up on one side or anything.
I'm going to ignore it for now.

I used the same pulley? so I don't know what you guys are saying offset???

What I was referring to is that I am currently using a PS pulley off a 97 7.3. It has a slightly different offset from the 99+ pulley. I have the correct one. I just haven't had time to deal with it.
