Fuel Gauge Not Working

Everything was working fine, getting down to about 1/4 tank. I do the usual, fill up, startup, reset the trip, and look at my level and it hasn't changed, neither has the 'km until E'. What would cause this? Failed Sender? No check engine light (yet). I guess I'll be watching the trip meter for a while.

So, after the fill it remains at 1/4 tank? Sounds like maybe the float in the sender may be stuck.

Yup, put in 100 litres last night and it didn't budge. The 'mileage til empty' keeps going down as well. Not low enough yet to see of the fuel light comes on and haven't been through enough cycles to see if it throws a code.

Drop the tank or lift the bed and have a look see
int he tank to see what is hanging it up.
I guess you could "try" some hard bumps to see
if it will shake loose. I think a visual will be the best
thing to do.

How difficult is it to drop the tank? I still have warranty on the truck too, so maybe I'll let them deal with it?!

Not too bad if you let it get down.
But id you have coverage on that type of work
and they do have to replace the sender it will very
likely be more than worth it. Sender is around $300ish USD

Today my gauge showed 1/4 when I started and it slowly crept up to full by the end of my 30min commute. Something is wrong for sure, even showing full now my "km until empty" is atleast 100 less than it would usually show.

Sounds like a sticky sender.

No check engine light (yet).
You obviously have no idea what triggers the "check engine" light.
A malfunctioning fuel gauge or sending unit certainly will not.
