2006 No start when cold plus weird engine codes
I'm going to test the FICM first thing in the morning when cold and see the voltage output.Hopefully this is the problem.But my other concern is that I got some weird DTC codes that I pulled from the OBDII port using my Droid phone.This is the list of codes that I got-

P0b02
C2102
C2402
C2702
C3002
C3302
C3602
C3902
B0203
C0126
P1426
P1700

None of those make any sense to me,any help would be appreciated.

I don't know what module your phone is reading but it isn't the PCM. You need to get the correct code scanner and get the correct codes. Even the "P" codes you listed aren't for a diesel.
