Wiper don't work
HELP!!
It's the middle of winter and my wipers don't work. I have a 91 explorer with intermittent wipers. When I turn the switch on in any intermittent position I hear a click click click ( this would correspond to the speed of the wipers if they worked). When I have it in low or high position, nothing happens.
I have checked the Curcuit breaker and it tests fine. I don't know where or what to check next. Any ideas?
