backup sensor

where exactly is the sensor located? is it possible to get covered by snow?

Some are in the bumper. you will see 4 little round circles. The other type was mount under the plastic bumper and should be a little box looking device. (from my understanding)

2007 and up have them behind the rear bumper fascia. These types are less accurate IMO than the older, more obtrusive surface mount units.
