my old lady just put my truck in the snow bank in the last snow storm so i had to get a new grille and light i got just aftermakeit head lights becouse i couldnt fined a set without the yellowing crap on them thay look great to me and im thinking about running the hid setup in them the kit looks sweet and vary easy install it comes with everything and detailed instructions
Just run some headlight relays and some good clear bulbs like Sylvania Xtravision or GE Nighthawk.
The HID retrofit is illlegal and produces excessive glare to oncomming drivers. The optics of the headlight housing are not designed for HID.
Sounds like you need to place a dispute on the charge with your card company.
too late as of today... i wasnt really on my list of to do's... if i had spent more then yea but i do have three trucks to put them on soo i guess i will make do

sorry to hear that. if you want to be a little more, buy your stuff from good ol' truck viva
as i have researched, the only "cheap" HID setup is just bulbs and not new housings causing major glare and ultumitely causes your town to absolutely HATE you.
she fine thank god and the truck will live the kit im looking at is nt cheep i should have used better words the headlight housing will work with hid bulds and the kit come with ballests and bulbs ill do some more reading on them befor i buy thanks guys
That kit you found is cheap. I can't believe its less than 10 bucks with shipping.
I found another place that carries the kit I have besides LMC and Ebay. Here is some info on the relay kit. The picture is a stock photo. It has different connectors for older bulbs it looks like. It says 14 gauge wire. I'm not sure how heavy of wire you think you need but your lights shouldn't need anything heavier than this, since they draw less power when on. They only draw more during warm up, which is a short time. This picture from Ebay is the one I bought.
hey texasguy001 that is the same harness i got on ebay i just didn't hook it up yet. i'm not very good when it comes to electrical things. i was looking at it and was wondering with all the wires where do you install the fuse on what colored wire and where on the harness does the fuse go, also i have burnt out light bulbs on the upper and lower corner driver side. what size are they. its not the turn signal cause that still works. it looks like very small light bulbs in the corner..........thanks..........

The side lights in the same assembly as the turn signals should be 916. The small ones on the side marker should be 194 or more specifically 194na for amber.
Just curious, What headlight bulbs did you get?
I put the fuse on the the red wires for 12v and added the fuse at the end of the power wires. I found a nice enclosed larger blade type fuse holder for it. You can use 2 seperate fuse holder if it has 2 power wires. I just used one for both and Y'd them together since only one is on a a time anyway. I hooked them up to the upper stud on the starter solenoid. I would recommend soldering the added connections for the fuse, and use heat shrink. If not, at least use Posi Locks or something like that instead of the crappy crimp connectors.
I routed the harness under the top of the radiator support and used some cable ties for it. Make sure its not touching the radiator etc. I also put the black wire loom over it. I also used a black rubber balloon and a small zip tie to cover the driver side headlight connector that is not being used.
I used the little metal bracket that came with the relays and mounted them just in front of the starter solenoid. I know this picture isn't close up, but it may give you an idea of where I mounted them.
hey.....texasguy001 & hav24wheel thanks for the reply. it took the guessing work out of it. texasguy001 the bulbs i got are from ebay and they're 9007 hb5 80w/100w xenon bulbs plug and play also, what size fuse did you use in your setup ........thanks again for the help........
