Hello all. Im new to the site and figured id post up what I purchased back in the summer. 2000 F-250 Gasser. It has the small 5.4L but does the job for me. (If I had a choice it would def. be a PSD) Its mostly stock besides the lift and wheels/tires. Clean interior, but no so pretty exterior. Truck is rough on the outside but has just a hair over 200k on it. Right now im over seas and dont have it But I still like to share.
Future plans:
Getting the rust fixed
Seat covers
Cat-Back system (probably Gibson)
Different lift (6" to a 8")
40's
gears
Take the louvers of the window and tail lights.
Purpose of the truck:
Occasional trail riding
Hunting
Haul small loads (i.e.-cars)
Everyday driver
Congrats on getting the truck. You will like this site. It's full of all kinds of good people and good info. Truck will look even better when you are done. Good luck.

Thanks, I'm having problems finding my short bed. My bed is beyond salvageable unless I go with the 5" bush wacker flares, which I dont like the looks and I also think by the time I get the flares I would be half way to getting a bed price wise. It sucks because my work truck is a 7.3L PSD and a 6.0L PSD. So I have gotten spoiled over the past few years of driving those.
your 2000 5.4L looks good in the pics & when you get back home you will have so much $ you might get a PSD, Gibson makes nice exhaust but have you checked MBRP,welcome to FTE.

Well, I was deployed to Afghan this past summer. But my home station is in England. I leave here this coming up August. So once im stateside again I plan on start working on it more.
Picture of it in action. I def. need gears and some better tires. This was a "one" time event because I hate water, would rather be on the trails or fields. But when you have to go scout locations for the deer, there's only one way to get there.
