Need some Opinions

if that was the type of truck I wanted, heck I'd buy it just
to part it out.

gangstakr does bring up some great things to think about
"How much are you willing to spend on it? How much patients do you have? Do you have deep pockets?"

My type of Bump is complete opposite of this type of unit and I spent in
the same neighborhood of this, but I got what exactly I wanted A work in progress.
Actually it does not look to bad (IMO) compared to mine when I
got it in April. with unknown miles that had sat in the desert for
eight years. but it did run and shortly the dollars began to flow
but I'm happy

First day

Three Months later

Also a new dual exhaust
was installed but that was 13 years ago. This truck was loaded with power steering, brakes, automatic and factory air,
and dual gas tanks. The trim on the truck looks GOOD as does the body but living in a barn for 12 years the mice moved into the cab headliner and glove box. I want some peoples opinons on how much you would pay for this truck. Thanks. Oh, and it has about 80,000 miles on it.
No Ford hang on A/C unit, whether factory or dealer installed, has a bezel marked XLT.
The styled steel wheels are aftermarket, Ford did not offer dual exhausts for any pickup, except newer Lightnings-both exhaust pipes exited on the right side.
Do not believe the mileage. The odometers of trucks of this vintage read to 99,999.9 then return to ZERO.
Something to consider: 1967's have features that are 1967 only. 1967's may look like 1968/72's, but looks can be deceiving.
1967 only: Dash, radio, heater, firewall, door shells, most internal door parts, inner door and window crank handles, door trim panels, armrests, vent frames and handles, door latches, brake/clutch pedals, bracket they suspend from under the dash, instrument cluster back, ignition switch, master cylinders, prop valves, low brake fluid warning light switch, hood side emblems.
1967: You push the inside door handles forward to lock the doors from the inside. 1968/72's have door lock *****.
1967's, 1968's before serial number C56,001: The upper side mouldings are 1 1/4" wide. 1968's from serial number C56,001, 1969's, 1970/72 Sport Customs: The upper side mouldings are 1 1/2" wide.
If this MI truck isn't plagued with the usual rust issues, I think the $800.00 asking price is fair. Most 1967/72 Camper Special's are F250/350's, 1967/72 F100 Camper Special's are kinda rare.
The only other one that I can remember seeing is a 1970 F100 Camper Special that a pal of mine bought new, still has it. But, rare doesn't equate to mega-bucks inre to Ford trucks of this vintage.
They are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them.
1967 F100 Camper Special package included: Oil/Amp gauges, 300 I-6 or 352 2V, 4 speed manual or A/T, H/D alternator & 70 amp hr. battery, Xtra cooling radiator, dual stainless Western mirrors w/3rd "Steady Rest" arms, extended tailpipe, camper wiring harness, Camper Special script nameplates.
The 25 gallon auxillary fuel tank was an option on all 1967/72 F100/250 Stylesides, not part of any package. Ditto the right quarter panel tool storage compartment (if present).
