Check your points before you go spending dough. Them worthless points will just pop out of adjustment for the heck of it sometimes. It's why I put in a Pertronix and haven't had to deal with it for years now and this beast is my daily driver.
well i went ahead and replaced the fuel pump, wasnt too hard to do just getting to the bolts was a real pain. went o try and start it heard a weird sound but no start, next ill be checking the points.
