What engine, what transmission, do you have a shop, tools, any experience?

An armiture should get it done in a weekend.

I got~a go with the o/posters. Some who don't know what their doing could get hurt with out some kind of skills and tools, tranny jack plus a jack to hold the rear of the motor from lowering when the tranny comes out. . Plus why do you think the tranny needs replacing.??
