Radiator
My 08 is leaking coolant after a short drive. Looks like it migh tbe a radiator. Does anyone make a all metal radiator for the 08+ f series???
I like to fix things once and npt put the same weak parts back on only to have to replace them again.

Since this is on raditors again and again and,,,,, again there is a guy on another form that had his raritor go bad he said his dealer said Ford would cover 2/3 od the cost of a replacement. Does Ford ever ever cover part of the cost of this type of repair? THANKS

There was a TSB that has now expired. Had more to do with early builds and hyperextend thermostats.
Radiators are covered under the 36/36 bumper to bumper still.
To the best of my knowlege no one has reported this issue to NHTSA. If they would maybe they could force a recall and a true fix.

I guess I should have phrased the question more carefully
I am looking for a All metal radiator for my 08,
I have talked to my Dealer.... looks like a ROM of $1000 to have it replaced with the same design...... isn't this the definition of insanity???? doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results???

I have not heard of any all metal radiator for the 08-10 6.4 family.
But this seems to be a byproduct of the REAL problem, the thermostats sticking, and causing way too much pressure. this also means the water pump bypass isn't big enough
