Thanks Brendon. Pete are you going to delete the egr? add the coolers or filters i hear these guys add. Get a better turbo?
Turbo may just be rebuilt or it may be upgraded depends on what kind of smokin deals I can find.
It's getting at least an additional coolant filter remove silicate, etc.
Crap in the coolant is what causes EGR failure in the first place. Granted we're removing it so it should be a non-issue but I like being safe not sorry. Plus that waterpump looks like a MAJOR pain in the **** to change out.

hope everyone had a good weekend..i spent mine helicoiling my starter bolts, and then i stripped my race quad. took out the motor and wiring harness (i honestly think this new quad has more wires than my truck..)
Ill be sending the motor and wiring harness to BCS performance so they can chop off all the useless crap on the harness and then do an engine case mod to my motor so it doesnt crack and **** oil under stress.
While tearing my quad down i found a huge bend in an aftermarket bracket thats supposed to get rid of the frame flex AKA NOT BEND ..guess my nick name still holds true- "chief Black cloud"
