Would it be worth putting a master electrical disconnect on the truck somewhere in order to keep it from constantly draining the battery?

Did Tanners truck kill the battery trying to start it, or just from sitting?
If there's an appreciable draw with the key out he should check both the alternator and its output plug for shorting.

Voltage is good. Will restart if you stalled it. The issue before is i drained the battery completely and never completely charged it and the truck isn't run enough to charge it all up, and the cold on top of it. It's a optima blue top so it needs lots of charging.
